ABOUT

Organized at the 29/3 Square in Da Nang City, “I Love Da Nang - Welcome New Year 2015” was the third countdown festival co-hosted by Saigon Beer and the city. For Brother IMC & Dream Studio, this was not just a countdown program but an opportunity to create a community festival where music, performance technology, and the city's spirit seamlessly blended together during the transition moment into the new year.

The project's highlights lay in the large-scale stage system featuring massive LED screens, alongside modern sound, lighting, and theatrical effects systems custom-designed for the central open square. The entire structure was engineered to both create a powerful visual experience for the live audience and meet the strict requirements of a live television broadcast, ensuring every transitional moment was fully conveyed to the public.

The program gathered many famous artists such as Trong Tan, Anh Tho, Thuy Tien, Van Mai Huong, Thao Trang, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Dong Nhi, Ha Okio, Hong An, the Buc Tuong band, FB Boiz, and DJ Take from Japan. Under the music direction of Nguyen Hai Phong, the performances were connected into a continuous flow of energy, guiding the program from the reflective atmosphere of year-end melodies to the climax of the countdown moment and the new year welcoming performances. A major highlight of the program was the intricately staged individual livestages for each artist, featuring distinct visual and special effects.

Besides the entertainment factor, the program continued to affirm the spirit of community cohesion by donating 300 million VND to Da Nang City's “For the Poor” Fund. This contributed to expanding the significance of a countdown festival from a mere cultural event into a meaningful act of corporate social responsibility.

For Brother IMC & Dream Studio, “I Love Da Nang - Welcome New Year 2015” was a milestone in the journey of developing large-scale public festivals in Vietnam. Through the project, Dream Studio continued to pursue the goal of transforming community events into highly emotional cultural experiences, where art contributes to enriching emotional life and catalyzing the growth of local and national cultural and tourism industries.
