To address this challenge, Dream Studio pioneered the application of the Immersive Stage concept instead of relying on the conventional large-scale live concert model.
- The project redefined the structure of a concert experience by allowing audiences to move freely within the venue, directly interact with the performance environment, and become an integral part of the show's evolving narrative and visual context.
I. PIONEERING APPROACH
To align the visual language with the musical philosophy of SpaceSpeakers, Dream Studio created specialised performance environments for each artist. The combination of contrasting artistic disciplines, including classical ballet, contemporary dance, hip-hop choreography, and advanced stage technologies, generated a continuously transforming performance environment within a non-traditional “NO STAGE” format.
Key technical innovations included:
- A mobile stage lift system and overhead LED screens with dynamic vertical movement.
- A floor-simulation engineering system and Gauze screen technologies to maximize spatial depth and visual immersion.
- More than 80% of the show was operated through timecode synchronization and coordinated via an FOH control system located entirely outside the performance space, while still maintaining absolute precision between audio, lighting, visuals, mechanical movement systems, and stage effects.
The immersive staging model introduced significant safety challenges, as audiences constantly moved alongside artists and mechanized stage equipment. To ensure operational excellence, Dream Studio implemented an international management structure based on a triangular leadership model: Show Director – Stage Manager – Security Manager. This close coordination enabled comprehensive risk management, safe audience circulation, and rigorous operational discipline throughout the entire event.
II. DREAM STUDIO'S VISION
KOSMIK (2022) was realized under considerable constraints, including venue limitations, tight production timelines, and the financial realities of a commercial show.
Faced with the challenge of balancing commercial viability with artistic innovation, Dream Studio chose a path of strategic partnership over short-term profit metrics.

Vietnam's first immersive concert format successfully fulfilled its historical role by inspiring subsequent public entertainment events, as well as numerous performances by Indie and Underground artists in the following years.
