CEREMONY ANNOUNCING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HANOI INNOVATION CENTER JOINT STOCK COMPANY AND CONFERENCE WITH PUBLIC-PRIVATE AND VENTURE CAPITAL FUNDS

The announcement ceremony of Hanoi Innovation Center Joint Stock Company (HiHUB) presented a unique creative challenge for Dream Studio, given its conventional agenda: a keynote address, a product demonstration, and the center’s official introduction. Furthermore, the event took place in the auditorium of the Hanoi People's Committee Headquarters, a venue  designed for administrative meetings rather than a dedicated performance stage. Given this context, the ceremony needed to convey the stature of a  new innovation platform, while marking the debut of a pioneering public-private partnership model in Vietnam.

Moving away from traditional event archetypes, Dream Studio adopted a bold startup mindset to dissect and distill the core messaging. Consequently, the event was designed in the style of Big Tech keynotes: a minimalist stage design, along with a fast, sharp, and high-impact approach driven by both the presentation slides and the overall event pacing In tandem, conventional welcoming performances were replaced with curated segments that integrated seamlessly into the narrative arc. A decisive factor in the event's success was successfully advising the leadership of the Hanoi People's Committee and the City Police Department to pivot from rigid speeches to dynamic, highlight-driven presentations on stage.

Conceived and executed entirely during the Lunar New Year holiday, this project stands as a testament to the exceptional execution, agility, and management capabilities of Dream Studio’s high-caliber team. The success of the HiHUB announcement ceremony strongly reaffirms Dream Studio's core philosophy: moving beyond the role of an event producer, Dream Studio stands as a strategic partner to public sectors  in fostering innovation, thereby shaping and advancing Vietnam's Cultural and Creative Industries in the new era.
