“CỤC IM LẶNG (THE SILENT CUBE)” - FASHION AND CONTEMPORARY ART EXHIBITION

“Cục Im Lặng (The Silent Cube)” - Fashion and Contemporary Art Exhibition was created to celebrate the 20-year career milestone of designer Cong Tri. Continuing a long-standing collaboration across a number of key projects, Dream Studio was entrusted with bringing the exhibition concept to life and designing its overall visitor experience, creating a dialogue between fashion and contemporary art.

The exhibition was developed over more than one year, involving hundreds of creatives, artists, and production personnel. Rather than following the format of a conventional fashion exhibition, Dream Studio invested significant time in research, narrative development, and experience design to create an immersive space deeply infused with designer Cong Tri’s personal imprint, meticulously crafted at the highest level of detail to deliver a refined, luxurious, and unprecedented viewing environment. 

Through ten original exhibition environments, fashion became the connecting language between painting, architecture, installation art, performance, and visual arts, reflecting the creative evolution and artistic vision of Cong Tri.

The project also presented major production and operational challenges. Spanning a total area of over 9,000 square meters, the exhibition required the installation of dozens of tons of technical equipment, including sound, lighting, and LED systems, all completed within a tight 48-hour build schedule. To achieve a unified visual identity throughout the venue, the production team utilized over 7,000 meters of fabric to cover the entire exhibition structure and scenic framework.

For Dream Studio, “The Silent Cube” was not merely a space where multiple art forms converged in harmony, but one where fashion acted as a continuous thread to open up new approaches in creating multidisciplinary cultural experiences.
