THE 1ST VIETNAM NATIONAL REAL ESTATE AWARDS

The first Vietnam National Real Estate Awards is a milestone marking the birth of a national-level award system to honor enterprises, projects, and individuals with outstanding contributions to the development of Vietnam’s real estate market. For Dream Studio, this was an opportunity to build an honoring space that reflects the increasingly important role of the real estate sector in the country's economic and urban development process.

Instead of approaching the program with a traditional award ceremony structure, Dream Studio developed the entire script as a connecting journey between urban creation values, the development of the business community, and a forward-looking vision. The award categories were linked by a system of thematic videos, music, and staging highlights, creating a seamless rhythm while still maintaining the solemnity of a national-level event.

The stage system was staged following a multi-layered, deep, radially symmetrical structure, combining a central LED screen and vertical module blocks layered on both sides to simulate the shapes of high-rise buildings. The LED Matrix configuration helped blur the traditional stage boundaries, bringing a stereoscopic visual experience to the viewers and allowing for flexible background changes according to each event script.

Broadcast live on VTV, the program demanded seamless  coordination between live stage performance, television visual language, and broadcast continuity. Dream Studio deployed a synchronized control system for content, visuals, lighting, and projection, ensuring a consistent experience for both the audience in the hall and the millions of television viewers nationwide. 

Through the first Vietnam National Real Estate Awards, Dream Studio continued to affirm the orientation of developing specialized events to modern standards, where staging art not only serves the performance format but also contributes to enhancing the communication value and the status of the event.
