Following the success of the Lynk Fashion Show series, Dream Studio continued to accompany Ly Nha Ky on the journey of bringing global Haute Couture closer to the Vietnamese public. Featuring the presence of designer Alexis Mabille, the historic space of the Independence Palace was transformed into an international Haute Couture standard runway, where all stage elements were restrained to absolutely honor the value of the collection.
The standout feature that thoroughly convinced the international design team is how the entire space established a contemporary Haute Couture visual language, becoming the perfect setting to celebrate the structure, materials, and meticulous craftsmanship inherent in Alexis Mabille's designs.
One of the project's greatest challenges was to meet all the stringent standards of the French Federation of Haute Couture and Alexis Mabille's team. From the floor quality, lighting system, and backstage space to the garment handling protocols, every detail had to strictly adhere to rigorous Paris standards.. The entire collection was transported and managed by the designer's own atelier team, while the dressing area was set up to international standards to ensure perfect conditions for the Haute Couture designs.
Notably, Dream Studio and the production team decided to maintain the performance structure true to the Haute Couture spirit instead of adjusting it to domestic audience viewing habits. Lasting only about 12 to 15 minutes for all 35 designs, yet requiring months of preparation, the program faithfully recreated the rhythm and experience of a Paris Fashion Week show, where every moment was precisely calculated to honor the unique value of each fashion masterpiece.
For Dream Studio, the Lynk Fashion Show 2015 was not just a fashion show, but a testament to the ability to actualize international standards of this industry in Vietnam.
