With a total investment of 5 million USD, SOHO Fest was developed by Dream Studio and Masterise Homes as a large-scale urban experience project comprising four interconnected components: SOHO FEST, SOHO | ART AVE, SOHO BALCONY, and THE GLOBAL CITY | COUNTDOWN. Together, these components integrated art, technology, and commerce into a new urban lifestyle ecosystem.
SOHO Fest became one of Dream Studio’s most ambitious urban experience projects, distinguished by both its scale and execution speed. At the heart of the event was a landmark performance stage measuring 93 meters in width and 20 meters in height, supported by an extensive LED system and advanced show-production infrastructure.
A pioneering highlight of the project was the Jet Suit performance by Gravity Industries, marking the first-ever appearance of this technology in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The sight of Jet Suit pilots flying above the streets of SOHO became an iconic moment, embodying the international urban spirit and forward-looking vision that the project sought to establish.
For Dream Studio, SOHO Fest represented an important milestone in exploring new models of urban experiences in Vietnam, where art extends beyond performance and becomes a catalyst for community engagement, commercial activity, and contemporary urban life.
