For many years, Dream Studio has moved beyond the conventional approach to corporate anniversary celebrations, where audiences simply feel they are attending an ordinary event. Instead, we intentionally create an artistic space where emotions, organizational stories, and personal journeys become essential parts of a shared and memorable experience.

Dream Studio invests significant time exploring corporate archives and engaging deeply with the people who have shaped each organization's development. Through documentary-style interviewing techniques, we uncover authentic emotional narratives, fostering a deep sense of connection and loyalty to the organization. This approach inspires individuals to wholeheartedly embrace the new missions entrusted to them after each Gala Night.

Over the course of three hours, the program unfolds like an art-cinematic film, guided by a refined aesthetic language and a carefully orchestrated rhythm. Every element, including award ceremonies, is woven into a unified narrative structure. Each layer of content is thoughtfully connected, creating an atmosphere that is formal yet contemporary, energetic, and emotionally engaging. Dream Studio masterfully integrates musical theatre, symphonic music, contemporary dance, and other large-scale storytelling disciplines into a “Magic Box” concept, a performance environment designed to celebrate the contributions of employees across the ecosystem with sophistication, dignity, and emotional depth.

A defining highlight of the evening was the ambitious stage production, featuring ten programmable lifting platforms and nearly 1,300 square meters of LED displays, including 900 square meters of ultra-high-resolution P2 LED screens. Together with Techcombank Investment Summit, it became one of the two most heavily invested indoor event productions in the Vietnamese market in 2025. To support the scale of the show, a high-capacity processor system and four D3 Media Servers (Disguise) operated simultaneously, ensuring complete synchronization across all technical and visual effects.

Through Gala Night 2025, Dream Studio continues to pioneer new approaches within the entertainment and event industry by challenging conventional thinking and redefining established formats.
