THE GLOBAL CELEBRATION COUNTDOWN PARTY

The Global Celebration Countdown Party was a large-scale urban experience project developed by Dream Studio for Masterise Homes at The Global City. The project was conceived as the highlight of a series of activities running from Christmas to the New Year’s Eve countdown celebration. By connecting Art Ave, SOHO’s Balcony Show, Light Up Your Story, and the countdown music festival, Dream Studio created a continuous experiential journey for attendees.

Dream Studio developed The Global Celebration with a creative direction inspired by the iconic streets of major cities around the world, combined with elements of Vietnamese culture, creating a fusion of modernity and local identity.

The centerpiece of the project was The Global Stage, a cube-shaped LED stage spanning 608 square meters of mesh LED and 144 square meters of floor LED, designed as a multidimensional structure that created a striking visual landmark while symbolizing the project’s diversity and convergence. Featuring five surfaces clad in transparent mesh LED screens utilizing the most advanced display technology available on the market, the stage delivered an immersive, multi-angle visual experience and enabled audiences to engage with dynamic content from every perspective. The Global Stage was also officially recognized by the Vietnam Records Organization as the largest cube-shaped LED stage in Vietnam, becoming one of the most remarkable milestones in the country's event industry in 2024.

Building on the success of SOHO Fest, Dream Studio brought back the Jet Suit performance by Gravity Industries, the world's pioneering company in jet suit technology. The appearance of the Jet Suit pilots soaring through the urban landscape of The Global City once again became an iconic moment, reflecting Dream Studio’s commitment to introducing world-class performance technology and innovative entertainment experiences to Vietnamese audiences.

In parallel, the countdown edition of SOHO’s Balcony Show continued to evolve as a cultural platform where contemporary street culture met traditional Vietnamese heritage. Performances by artists such as WEAN LE, Double2T, and Ha Kiem, alongside traditional cultural activities including water puppetry and bamboo dancing, transformed Art Ave into a welcoming and highly interactive cultural space before the main countdown concert began.

For Dream Studio, The Global Celebration was more than a New Year’s Eve event. It represented the next step in the Studio’s ongoing exploration of internationally inspired urban experience models in Vietnam, where culture, technology, entertainment, and placemaking converge to create meaningful destinations and enduring community value.
